Julian completed his law degree at the Queensland University of Technology in 2021 and was admitted to the legal profession in 2022.
Prior to joining Becker Watt Lawyers, Julian worked for a large structural steel fabricator servicing commercial projects. In this capacity he transitioned from workshop labourer to a commercial role managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. His interest in the law and experience in the construction sector led him to pursue a career in construction law.
Julian’s industry experience and versatility from working in a variety of roles has provided him with a commercial outlook and the ability to understand common issues arising in the construction industry. This assists him to evaluate key problems and identify practical solutions.
Julian also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is effective at communicating with clients while managing stakeholder concerns in complicated matters.
