In the legal industry, Len has gained experience working as a property lawyer and within general commercial law areas; working with a variety of experienced and accomplished construction law solicitors in Brisbane and all over Australia.
Neil has practised in commercial litigation for in excess of 25 years.
He has been involved in major civil disputes in the Queensland Supreme Court, in other State Supreme Courts and in the Federal Courts.
He has completed a Master of Laws at Queensland University specialising in Intellectual Property as well as completing the Legal Practise Course and the Bar Practise Course.
Douglas completed his law degree in 2018 and was admitted to the profession in 2019 and joined Becker Watt Lawyers in May 2021.
Before joining Becker Watt Lawyers, Douglas was the Associate to the Honourable Justice Morrison in the Queensland Court of Appeal. He has also worked in a commercial law firm and the finance team of a global law firm.
